General Litigation
We represent individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation matters. We act at different times for Plaintiffs and Defendants. Matters we deal with include breach of contract, commercial disputes, property disputes, insurance claims, debt collection, general negligence and professional negligence claims. Anita has represented clients in courtrooms across the Province of Ontario, including before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as before various administrative tribunals.
Employment Law
